The former deputy of the Syrian National Coalition, Hisham Marwa, said in a telephone interview with Rozana Radio: that chemo crime can’t be forgiven.
"Marwa" explained, that the resolution "2118" gives the investigative committee (emanating from the Security Council), the right to take action under the Chapter VII, to ensure that the massacre is not going to be repeated, and he stressed that these crimes are not statute of limitations, because these are real crimes and the action will be taken towards, locally and internationally it sooner or later right, he said: "We strive for that and we will strive with all our strength, not to repeat these kinds of massacres by any future power in Syria. "
And about the rigidity of the case and the lack of any developments on the case, Marwa said: "Syria has not ratified the Rome Convention, that’s why the International Tribunal refused to move the case, especially after the deal in which the regime handed over a part of the chemical weapons and that's what prevent moving the issue through the Security Council."
"Marwa" described the reports of OPCW as "Incorrect" because they did not destroy the entire arsenal of chemical in Syria, stressing that the Syrian regime has imported raw materials for the manufacture of chemical weapons, referring to the contradiction between the declaration of chemical weapons organization that the entire chemical arsenal was destroyed in Syria, and between the Syrian network report issued the breach of decision "2118" by the Syrian regime recently, more than 130 times.
