Representatives of the detainees in Hama prison and officials in the Syrian regime has reached an agreement, on Sunday night, to end the stoppage in accordance with conditions including the release of all detainees and policemen detained in prison, and have already been released batch of detainees at the time the detainees demanded the intervention of the Red Cross to ensure the implementation of all provisions of the agreement.
Sources in Hama prison told ROZANA "The agreement issued ending the stoppage, and the Syrian regime promised to release all detainees, both who are in favor of Military Court in Sednaya or the Court of Terrorism, including those who sentencing was issued."
Also, the agreement issued "the release of the detainees in daily batches without a specific time-limited number of released detainees, as well as not to request or deporting any detainee to a security branch or to Sednaya Prison or any prison outside Hama".
According to the agreement, "the regime has vowed not to enter the police to the section where the stoppage is until Saturday, and not to take out the detainees’ mobile phones, in addition to the restoration of electricity, water, food and medicine and all necessities of life in the prison."

It was reached a verbal agreement after a meeting between representatives of the detainees, and the representatives of the regime led by the Minister of Interior and Justice Minister and the heads of the security branches and Nawaf Al-Melhem, in the presence of the head of the stoppage section, Mustafa Shaeera, according to sources.
Based on the agreement, the seven police officers detained by the prisoners; were released at the beginning of the stoppage.
25 detainees have been released, they are: Ahmad Khani, Walid der Baalbawi, Ayman Sultan, Hamoud Asfour, Mohammed Al-Hussein, Salim Wanoos, Hammam Maius, Hussein Raslan, Mohamed Abu Dan, Mohamed Banat, Mahmoud Arafa, Mohamed al- Ali, Iyad Yousuf, Mohammed Danawar, Mohammad al-Samman, Basem al-Assaf, Ziad Miqdad, Ahmed Shoaib, Mohammad Asaad, Thaer Sattar Daly, Osama Khalil, Abdel Halim Barakat, Samer Zarir, Daher Ismail, Hani Kherdq.
Large crowds affiliated with the Syrian regime forces still stationed in the vicinity of the prison, while the detainees demanded the intervention of the International Red Cross to ensure the implementation of the agreement, also they blamed "the United Nations and the countries sponsoring the negotiations".
The delegation's chief opposition negotiator, Mohammad Alloush, on Sunday, announced an initiative to lift the stoppage, it is to exchange prisoners captured in Hama prison with prisoners in the prisons of "Army of Islam" in the eastern Ghouta. In Damascus countryside.

There were dozens of cases of suffocation and fell several wounded among the detainees, last Friday, during the attempts to break into the prison by the Syrian regime, and throwing the gas bombs, while the Organization (Human Rights Watch) expressed concern about the bad humanitarian situation of detainees inside the prison.
Noteworthy that the detainees began a stoppage in Hama prison, last Monday, to protest against the provisions up to the death penalty for political prisoners, and the regime's insistence on the transfer of a number of them to the Sednaya military prison, in addition to the bad humanitarian situation inside the prison.
The detainees also detained a number of police officers who came to the prison for taking the detainees to Sednaya prison.
The number of prisoners in Hama prison is 1530, 830 of them are political prisoners, on the behalf of the Military court or the Court of terrorism. And the others are arrested because of criminal charges.
And the number of the released detainees since the beginning of the stoppage until now, is 45 detainees.
