Unknown persons distorted many photos in the exhibition "Syria: The orphan Revolution ", in the streets of the Swiss city of Geneva, where a group of people Sprayed paint on some pictures, like writing the name of “Assad” on pictures contained the revolution flag.
As they hide the face of Russian President Vladimir Putin, and the head of the Syrian regime of Bashar al-Assad of one of the images.
Olive Organization, one of the exhibition organizers, commented on that in a statement posted on their "Facebook" page, on Tuesday, that "the scene of distorting the revolution images restores the memory of events very similar at the beginning of the Syrian revolution, where the people who were loyal to the regime removed phrases and slogans demanding freedom from the walls and placed instead phrases pro-regime as "either Assad or we burn the country."

The organization condemned, what it considered an “barbaric act and a crime against the freedom of speech and art" noting that "the goal of this exhibition is to create a space for the Syrians to express their opinion."
The invitation to the exhibition is a open to the Syrians, to send images of the revolution and its impact in their lives, where 24 pictures was presented since March 15, 2016, and the exhibition is scheduled to run until 17 April.

It is noteworthy that, the exhibition organized by “Geneva Awakening " Association, and the cultural department of Geneva city, in cooperation with the "olive" Foundation and the organization "message to Syria."
And the exhibition came in conjunction with the launch of negotiations in Geneva between the Syrian regime and the opposition, under the auspices of UN in order to reach a political settlement to end the ongoing conflict.
