The Artist Mahmod Inserts Planes and Tanks into Bottles!

After he fled from Hama countryside to Dignity camp, at the Syrian- Turkish border; the artist “Mahmod Masri” did not stop his work in sculpture and mosaic, in addition to entering small musical instruments into glass bottles, trying to make masterpieces and artistic works.

Mahmod does not only sculpt masterpieces and sell them; he also teaches the children in the camp this craft too, however, The reality of war has greatly influenced Mahmod's artistic work, for instance, he was able to insert mini replicas of planes and tanks, into glass bottles.

The artist and his students, spend a long time in practicing art in the camp, as the children found a space to express their dreams and hopes, despite the displacement and ongoing war.
